If you ever get a damaged item, please call our customer care department as soon as possible.
There is a 7-day refund/replacement policy for wrong and damaged items. Wrong item(s) is replaced or refunded in full if returned in its original box or condition. There will be no refund on perishable items including cakes, flowers, sweets mithai, fruits, dry nuts, chocolates, beverages, and all food and consumable items once delivered. However, replacement/re-delivery is done on damaged or wrong food item delivery.
If any existing order(s) is canceled by the gift senders (or recipients for any reason), there will be a 5% cancellation fee. The fee is to cover the processing fees charged by the payment processor.
If an order is canceled because it cannot be delivered or fulfilled by Gift Mart Nepal (for any reason e.g. product or delivery service unavailability, political strike, natural disaster), delivery can be rescheduled for a later date, or a full refund will be issued to the sender.
A refund is credited to the sender’s account. There will be no cash refund to the recipient.
