Description

Colour: A brilliant ruby colour.

Nose: A very fine and delicate nose of red fruits (black cherry, prune) and spices (cinnamon, clove).

Palate: A robust and well-balanced wine, fleshy, with covered and powerful. Can be drunk relatively young (about 2 or 3 years) but grows old very well.

Recommendations: With poultry, roasted meats, feathered game and cheese.
