Description

Blason d’Aussiéres Corbiéres is a fine blend of Syrah (38%), Grenache noir (35%), Carigan (18%) and Mourvèdre (9%).

Colour: Deep colour with carmine red highlights.

Nose: Very pure, sunny bouquet, with notes of flint and graphite. These are mingled with the very specific scents of our garrigue (thyme, black truffle) and some liquorice and eucalyptus.

Palate: Same mineral character and notes of the garrigue but on a slightly different register (mentholated vervain, sage, laurel).

Serving Temperature: 16°-18° C
