Description

Colour: Fairly light ruby, clear and brilliant body.

Nose: Intense with a dominance of red fruit (cherries, raspberries, blackcurrant).

Palate: A pleasant wine, very round with a touch of acidity, which enhances the cherry notes.

Recommendations: Enjoy on its own or with streaky jam, dry sausage, boiled meat, chick, grilled andouillette, aubergine fritters, bleu d’Auvergne.
