Nose: Aromas of very ripe black fruit on the nose intermingled with fine balsamic and spiced nuances.

Palate: A wine with a very broad mouthfeel, powerful, well balanced and with along lingering finish.

Recommendations: Pairs well with Castilian lamb, soups and stews, meat casseroles and medium-aged cheeses.
